Joginder P Singh, Executive Director – Global Business Services, Ford Business Services Centre

Joginder Singh was raised and schooled in Dehra Dun, India. He earned a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London and MBA from Manchester Business School in England.

Mr Singh commenced his career at Rolls-Royce (Aero-Engine Division) in England as an engineering trainee after winning a scholarship from the Government of India. Subsequently, he worked at Hindustan Aeronautics in Bangalore, India and at GKN, an automotive supplier, in England.

Mr Singh joined Ford Motor Company in 1980 and has served in Ford's operations globally -- he has worked in Europe for 14 years, 4 years in Canada, and 10 years in the United States, and has been serving in India since August 2008. Mr Singh has extensive experience in Finance, Business Strategy and Treasury operations at Ford. His recent assignments include serving as CFO of Ford Canada, followed by Director of Corporate Finance at Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan.

Presently, Joginder Singh is assigned as Executive Director, Global Business Services for Ford Motor Company, with global responsibility for four portfolios -- Accounting & Finance Services, Operations Support Services, IT Services, and Engineering Services. Mr Singh also is President & Managing Director of Ford Business Services Center Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company, located in Chennai, India, with a second center in Coimbatore.
