Rajiv Sodhi, Director, Online Business, Microsoft Corporation India

Rajiv is currently the Director, Online Business at Microsoft India. In this role, Rajiv leads the strategy for driving IT adoption in Indian small businesses. He is responsible for Microsoft’s engagement with the hosting ecosystem in India and leads the sales and marketing initiatives for cloud based solutions.

Rajiv has been with Microsoft India since the past 9 years and has a rich experience in leading teams across Product Engineering, Program Management, Alliances and Sales and Marketing. He is also a prolific speaker having spoken at numerous Microsoft and industry forums – on subjects ranging from Technology Innovations to Leadership Development. Before joining Microsoft, Rajiv has worked in several startups in the area of software product development and project management.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration from IIPM, Delhi and Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune University, India.
